Role Overview:

Be the face of a modern corporate office. We are looking for an Assistant Workplace Manager to deliver a "Best-in-Class" employee experience for a global leader in professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and front-of-house excellence.
  • Manage soft services vendors (Cleaning, Catering, Security, etc.).
  • Support space planning, office moves, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure the workplace aligns with global health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in Workplace Management or High-End Hospitality.
  • Fluent in English and exceptionally skilled in stakeholder management.
