Role Overview:
Be the face of a modern corporate office. We are looking for an Assistant Workplace Manager to deliver a "Best-in-Class" employee experience for a global leader in professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and front-of-house excellence.
- Manage soft services vendors (Cleaning, Catering, Security, etc.).
- Support space planning, office moves, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the workplace aligns with global health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in Workplace Management or High-End Hospitality.
- Fluent in English and exceptionally skilled in stakeholder management.
