We are working with a reputable company seeking a Building Technician to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company's quality management system operates smoothly. Your duties encompass overseeing continuous improvement projects, supporting QHSE procedures, maintaining compliance, and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution units.
• Ensure all equipment and utilities are operating at peak efficiency to minimize downtime for the facility.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and international standards (HSE) while performing on-site repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide clear technical updates to the Site Supervisor or Facility Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Building Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial building, mall, hospital, or industrial facility.
• Proficiency in handling Electrical (Arus Kuat/Arus Lemah), AC/Chiller systems, and general plumbing/mechanical repairs.
• Disciplined, proactive, and able to work in a shift-based environment.
• Must be willing to be placed at one of the primary sites: Bintaro, Bandung, Surabaya, or Pekanbaru.
