Job Vacancy: Site Fire Safety Manager (HSE)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified Site Fire Safety Manager (HSE) to serve as the single point of contact for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management at a premier commercial facility in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive fire safety programs, ensure flawless regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Leadership: Act as the primary lead for all HSE and fire safety management systems on-site.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory codes, building safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Risk Management: Conduct regular fire risk assessments, maintain detailed incident logs, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Emergency Preparedness: Design emergency evacuation protocols, coordinate regular building fire drills (targeting >95% participation), and conduct safety training for site teams and occupants.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for local government authorities (such as the fire department/Damkar), tenants, insurance representatives, and building stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related technical major.
• Mandatory Certifications: Must possess valid and active dual certifications:
  • Sertifikat FSM (Fire Safety Manager)
  • Sertifikat K3 Umum (K3U)
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in HSE and fire safety management within commercial real estate, high-rise buildings, or multinational corporate environments.
• Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian EHS statutory compliance regulations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage emergency response situations.
