We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month mission.

In this role, you will transition beyond traditional recruitment to become a strategic partner in technical talent sourcing. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle Talent Acquisition strategy for critical infrastructure roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of specialized engineering talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive the full TA lifecycle for specialized technical roles, including Facility Engineers, ME (Mechanical/Electrical) Specialists, Technicians, and site leadership.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates in the industrial and data center sectors.
  • Volume Hiring Strategy: Manage high-volume TA projects without compromising on quality, ensuring all hires align with the client's global competency framework.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a TA Consultant to on-site Hiring Managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and vetting expertise.
  • ATS Governance: Lead the digital workflow within the global Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy and recruitment process standards.
  • Candidate Selection: Conduct deep-dive behavioral and technical screenings to verify certifications and operational readiness for mission-critical environments.

Qualifications:

  • Immediate availability is required.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition for Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Center sectors. Ability to speak the "language" of engineers and technical leads is essential.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialized TA, with a track record of successful volume hiring in the engineering space.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for reporting and communicating
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
