Role Overview:

Join a leading global facility management account as a Shift Lead Engineer. You will be the technical anchor for a world-class corporate site, ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of technicians during operational shifts.
• Ensure 100% uptime of MEP, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage emergency repairs.
• Maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards (K3).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in building maintenance or facility engineering.
• Strong leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in electrical safety (K3 Listrik) is highly preferred.
